Description
This class is a 4-week in -person series. Childbirth Preparation is perfect if you are having your first baby or if you have not had a recent birth. It focuses on the labor and delivery process, breathing and relaxation techniques, the birth partner's role, newborn and post-partum care, and much more. Your teacher is a certified childbirth educator. You are welcome to bring one support person with you.
