This class is best for first time parents. It teaches that birth is a normal and natural process. Class topics include: signs of labor, labor process, when to come to the hospital, birth plans, pain management options, labor complications, medical interventions, postpartum care, & newborn care. You will also learn some labor support techniques including breathing positions and partner support. The fee for this class includes you and one support person.
