Alex J. Nelson, MD

Dr. Alex Jonathan Nelson was born and raised in northern Utah. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, he attended "The Ohio State University College of Medicine". In addition to his medical doctorate, he also completed the requirements for a Master of Health Administration in the OSU College of Public Health after receiving a university graduate fellowship. He received multiple honors during his medical studies, including a Dean's Scholarship, Dean's Leadersh
