Dr. Daniel Chappell was born and raised in Salt Lake City and studied microbiology at Brigham Young University. Afterward, he moved to Nevada to obtain his doctorate and served a residency at the Mayo Clinic College of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota. While completing his residency, Dr. Chappell was also an instructor of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic, teaching over twenty educational courses and activities.
