Biography
Dr. Jason A. Diaz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University in 1998. He went on to get his MD from the Medical College of Georgia in 2003. Dr. Diaz completed both an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Utah here in Salt Lake City.
