Who we are
Founded in 2023, MountainStar Care Partners (MSCP) is a Provider Sponsored Network that brings together employed and independent providers across Utah and Idaho. Our roots trace back to Eastern Idaho Care Partners, established in 2020, which evolved into MSCP to better serve a growing regional network.
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, MSCP understands the unique needs of our local communities. We work closely with third-party administrators and commercial payers, aligning with partners who share our commitment to value-based care.
