Orthopedic care

Orthopedic doctors, called orthopedists, take care of bones and joints. This includes knee pain, total joint replacement, issues that impact your spine and more. You might need to see an orthopedist if you have arthritis or osteoporosis, or if you've had a recent sprain, strain or broken bone.

Joint replacement surgery

Sometimes, nonsurgical and noninvasive treatments do not resolve joint pain when there is severe damage to the joint. In these cases, your orthopedic surgeon may suggest joint replacement surgery. This procedure involves your surgeon replacing the damaged area of your joint with an artificial (prosthetic) implant.

We offer the following joint replacements:

Limb preservation

Complex orthopedic conditions can sometimes put a patient at risk of losing a limb. Orthopedic rehabilitation often goes hand-in-hand with orthopedic conditions. For example, your doctor may prescribe physical therapy and rehabilitation as a noninvasive first line of treatment. Similarly, they may prescribe therapy services after surgery to help you recovery.

Through orthopedic rehabilitation, our therapy team works with you and your doctor to develop a personalized treatment plan to help you gain strength, mobility and function.
